Coworking pricing pages are usually scattered — a rate here, a “contact us” there, numbers that go stale the moment a plan changes. This post is meant to be the opposite: one page, every KOCOwork plan, current pricing, updated whenever the numbers change.

Why Prices Vary by Plan Type
It’s worth understanding the logic behind the different pricing models, since it isn’t arbitrary. Day Pass and Meeting Room pricing is usage-based — you pay for the hours or the day you actually use, which is why it’s priced per visit or per hour rather than monthly. Desk memberships (Hot Desk through Dedicated Desk) are priced monthly because they’re built around regular, ongoing use, and the per-day cost drops the more consistently you use them. Private Office pricing scales with seat count because a larger cabin is genuinely more real estate and more furniture, not because larger teams are charged a premium. Virtual Office pricing is split by compliance complexity — a plan that only needs to hold a mailing address costs less to administer than one supporting a full company incorporation.
Understanding this logic makes it easier to predict roughly what a plan should cost even before checking the exact number, and easier to spot when a usage pattern has outgrown its current plan.

Meeting room and desk pricing tend to be the most stable over time; Private Office pricing for larger configurations is quote-based specifically because it depends on current availability and layout, which changes as the space fills up.
How to Pick the Right Plan Fast
- Need space for a few hours, occasionally? Day Pass.
- Working from a coworking space most days, don’t need a fixed desk? Hot Desk or Hot Desk Plus.
- Want the same desk every day? Dedicated Desk.
- Small team needing a lockable room? Small or Medium Office.
- Just need a business address for GST or registration? Virtual Office — see which of the four tiers fits.

It’s easier to see how these plans combine in practice than to reason about them in the abstract.
